The keys don't work, so the apartment can't be locked. I called Wonderfull Italy customer service several times; they even asked me to send a video, but then denied there was a problem and wouldn't replace our key set. Even getting the door open by slamming it is hard, and the key could break. There are no bidet towels either. The apartment is on a busy street that's noisy even at night, with a tram stop almost right outside and no soundproof windows. A terrible experience.
