Piazza San Carlo is one of Turin's most beautiful and well-known squares, and people often call it the city's living room because public life, meetings, and cultural events have centered there for centuries. In the middle stands the bronze statue of Emanuele Filiberto of Savoy, put up in 1838. Locals call it “Caval ëd Brons” (“The Bronze Horse”). Turin has a rich, interesting history and plenty of sights to see. This is one of them. Hello, happy people! We're in Turin, Italy today. Be sure to visit. Greetings and smiles.

The square is really pretty, with Santa Cristina and San Carlo facing it, and there's a fountain and benches where you can sit for a bit. Torino is a cool city full of lovely squares, and this is one of them. Italy has some very large squares too.

I liked the timeless feel of Piazza San Carlo, with its Baroque buildings, historic cafés, and the grand twin churches overlooking the square. It's one of Turin's most elegant and iconic places, often known as the city's living room. A lovely spot for a stroll, a coffee, or just taking in the old town.

Piazza San Carlo feels like Turin's elegant living room, a lovely place to sit with a coffee or aperitivo and watch people pass. We saw it at night, when the lights made the whole square glow and picked out the grand statue and Baroque buildings. It was breathtaking. We'd definitely recommend seeing it in the evening for its special atmosphere and beauty.

The church in Piazza San Carlo is small, but the architecture and interior details are impressive. It felt peaceful and quiet inside, a welcome pause from the busy streets of Milan. If you like historic buildings and calm places, it's worth stopping in while you're walking around.
