DoubleTree by Hilton Turin Lingotto

The building itself is impressive, and the facilities and service were outstanding. We were looked after from the moment we arrived. Two young men at reception welcomed us warmly and professionally, then suggested several exhibitions and gave us all the information we needed. At breakfast, the lady making our coffees deserves a special mention. She was kind and professional, a real example of someone who knows her job. Thank you very much. We'll definitely return.

The reception service was a nightmare. We had to wait 20min twice, once to check in and again to check out, even though everything was paid. When we asked about lost goods, we were lied to. The rest of the staff are friendly, which makes it such a shame that the reception coworkers ruin the experience for every guest.

Andrea at the Front Desk was the standout of my stay. He was warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel valued rather than like a room number. From an easy check-in to thoughtful tips that made my time in Turin better, he went out of his way to get the details right. The Hilton DoubleTree Lingotto combines modern comfort with the charm of its historic location. My room was spacious, quiet, spotless, and had what I needed to unwind after a busy day. Breakfast offered a generous, high-quality selection, and the whole hotel felt elegant but welcoming. From the moment I arrived, it was an outstanding experience. Special thanks to Andrea.

We'd definitely stay again. The rooms were clean and a good size, and breakfast had a nice selection. The location was convenient, with a market next door, Eataly across the street, and easy train access to town. It was about a 10 min walk from the train station, and the staff who greeted us were friendly and helpful.
