We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Hotel. The rooms were beautiful and very clean, and everyone on staff made us feel welcome. At breakfast, the team greeted us warmly and remembered our usual coffee and order. Antonella was especially thoughtful. Ugo, Miguel and Antonio were friendly and professional in the restaurant and bar, which made our time there even more enjoyable. Mattia welcomed us with a smile as soon as we arrived and did everything he could to help. David, the porter, was kind and helpful too. Allegra from management was attentive and sweet, and the General Manager was often around greeting guests and making sure people felt comfortable. That care made the experience feel special. We can’t wait to come back.

The hotel was renovated in 2025 and feels luxurious. Gustavo handled check-in really well, and my loyalty program status got me an upgrade and lounge access. Breakfast had a wide selection, and the food was fresh. The lounge, though, was pretty limited for food and drinks during happy hour.

The rooms were clean and well equipped, and almost all the staff were friendly and professional. I did have a bad encounter when I asked a woman about drinks in the executive lounge. She was very rude. The lounge was probably the poorest I've seen in a full service Hilton, with no one looking after it and very little stocked. Guests left things all over the tables, and it became messy fast.

From my room, the main drawback was the early housekeeping noise. One morning I woke before 9 a.m. to vacuuming from the floor above, as the team started cleaning as soon as guests checked out. A later schedule might make mornings quieter. Otherwise, I had a lovely one-night stay at Hilton Turin Centre. The location is right in the heart of Turin, an easy walk from the main attractions, cafés and elegant piazzas. My spacious room had stylish furniture, crisp linens, a comfortable bed and a bright modern bathroom. It all felt clean, peaceful and thoughtfully arranged.

The team made this a memorable stay, and I’d happily recommend it. Mattia was always available and went out of his way to help. David, the porter, was kind, while Allegra from management was sweet and attentive. Antonella and the breakfast team gave thoughtful service, and Ugo, Antonio and Miguel made evenings at the bar and restaurant enjoyable with their friendly, professional manner. The rooms were clean and beautiful too. Can’t wait to visit again. Grazie mille!
