Hotel Castello

The staff were friendly and willing to help, and breakfast was okay. That was about all I liked. The room felt damp, with dust and moisture in the corners, a cracked door that was wet at the bottom, and a disgusting shower curtain that needs replacing. It’s a 45-minute walk from downtown, with just one nearby bus stop and nothing interesting around it. The photos made the place look much better than it is. Definitely my first and last stay, it wasn’t worth the money.

We’ve already stayed here twice on our trip, and would happily come back to explore Turin. It’s easy to reach from the highway, which suited us as we were travelling onward, and the hotel welcomed our two cats. The rooms are spacious, with balconies, and both the hotel and our room were spotless and well kept. The reception staff were so kind and friendly. Breakfast was lovely, and they even started it early for us when we needed to get on the road. There’s also a good place to eat nearby, Pizze e Delicie. Thank you!

A lovely stay, and the cost felt right for what you get. The staff were really nice and helpful, and both the bedroom and bathroom were clean, with comfortable beds. My only suggestion would be to offer more breakfast choices, including vegan options. I’d recommend it.

Both of my stays were for Juventus matches, and the stadium is about a 15-minute walk away. The staff have been friendly and helpful each time. Breakfast is included and continental, and the room was fresh and clean on both visits.
