Hotel Liberty

I was genuinely sorry to leave and hope I can return soon. I came to Turin alone for my birthday and a Pier Giorgio Frassati pilgrimage, and the staff went out of their way to make the birthday feel special. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. My room was clean and spacious, and Crocetta is a lovely area, especially well placed if you're there for Saint Pier Giorgio. Thank you so much!

We were upgraded to the brand new apartment complex nearby, and after travelling extensively through East Europe and staying in apartments, I can recommend this option for a few days in Torino. It has everything needed for cooking, including great kitchen equipment and utensils. The hotel staff gave us excellent information about the amenities, and we were lucky to find parking at the property even though we hadn't booked it. Reception is open 24 hours if you need anything. Piazza Castello is close for sightseeing and shopping, and trams and buses are nearby too. This will definitely be our first choice next time we're in Torino.

I stayed for 13 days and really enjoyed this charming, clean hotel. It's well located near restaurants, grocery stores, and transport, including two subway stops. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming, always greeting me cheerfully as I came and went. They arranged a room change without any fuss and were happy to help whenever I needed something. I highly recommend it.

The building has real character, and the rooms were sparkling clean despite its age. The facilities are a little dated, and the shower door didn't quite shut properly, but those things were minor. I felt welcome throughout my stay, with a great location and a really high quality breakfast. Before arrival, they answered all my questions quickly over WhatsApp. They also managed a flexible checkout at 17:30 for an extra €40. We had to pay a dodgy taxi driver because he wouldn't take our cards. The family run hotel is a great example of hospitality, professionalism, and kindness, from one star to five.
