Hotel Ponte Sassi

The bus and tram stop is within 10 meters of the hotel, so the location was pretty good. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. I appreciated being able to check in late, until 1am, and check out late, until 11am. The room's AC worked really well, and breakfast was plentiful with a good range of options.

The outside facades look a bit concerning, but inside the staff and facilities were great. The included breakfast was good quality and plentiful, and the room was more than big enough. There was a tram into the city right in front of the hotel, with tickets available there too. Parking, a bidet, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, and WiFi were all provided. It met and exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely stay again.

I caught a bad flu while staying here, and the heating wasn't working, which made things much worse. You can smell the sewer even in the rooms, so there's a serious problem there. The staff are almost nice. Maybe it's cheap for Torino, but I had a pretty miserable stay.

The rooms are nice and have an air conditioner you can adjust, plus a kettle and a small fridge. Breakfast is basic, just croissants, pain chocolat, some cereal, and drinks like orange and pineapple juice. There's a supermarket about 10 minutes away with everything you might need. The place is great, though it's a bit out from the main center. I got around by motor bicycle, and there's a bus stop right outside that goes to the center, as does the tram, though the ride can take 20 or 30 minutes.
