The hotel is simple, comfortable and very clean, and the staff were friendly. We stayed for a long weekend and found it great value for money. Porta Nuova station is right next door, while the historic centre, cafés and restaurants are an easy walk away. A handy base for exploring Turin.

I was only there for one night, but the location across from the main station was ideal for an early departure the next morning. The room was clean, the last-minute price was reasonable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms are clean and good quality, and the staff are very friendly. The hotel is close to the city centre, but I'd give the location only three stars because it's beside the train station. Expect all sorts of people in the area.

10/10
We had a comfortable room, and it was surprisingly quiet despite being near the train station. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are plenty of shops and restaurants close by for an evening stroll, and it's a fairly quick walk into central Turin to see the historic sights.

I was 17 and travelling alone for the first time, and arrived at the station around 11 PM feeling a bit scared while looking for somewhere to stay quickly. I called Hotel Romano, and Giancarlo answered. He found me a room at a good price, which mattered since I'm a student, and explained everything. He also speaks English very well. It was a good experience, and I'm grateful. Grazie mille. The rooms and service were good, the hotel is near the station, and the price was right for my one-night stay.
