Hotiday Torino OGR

This was the worst experience I've had at a booked property. There was no Wi-Fi, the bathroom drain was clogged, and the oven didn't work. My requests for help with these problems were ignored, and I asked for a receipt but never got one. I'd tell everyone to stay away.

The location was great, but the room wasn't as clean as it could have been, and the bathtub was dirty.

Getting around was easy thanks to the public transport links to the city center and other sights. We spent three nights here and really enjoyed it. The apartment was roomy, clean, and neat.

The Giove apartment at Hotiday Torino is in a good spot and has a layout with real potential, but poor hygiene and a lack of support spoiled the stay. On arrival, the cleaning seemed superficial, and the towels and sheets had visible stains. There was also an unpleasant smell at the main entrance. I tried to contact the manager about problems I found, but got no reply during the stay, which left me feeling uneasy and abandoned. It’s a shame, because the apartment itself could be nice. With more attention to cleanliness and responsive, professional communication, it might be a great option. As things stand, I wouldn’t recommend it until Hotiday ensures proper cleaning and guest support.
