I booked three nights for about 45 euros a night, but checking in was a mess. Nobody was there when I arrived, and I had to call the owner using the number on the door. He didn't answer, so I waited around for three hours before finally getting through. The room smelled bad and felt damp. There were dead cockroaches under the bed, and I wasn't given towels. The hotel was otherwise empty except for someone in the room across from mine. He kept his door open, and a strong weed smell came from his room. I think he was a friend of the owner. Whenever I stepped out, he seemed to creep out after me, and when I left the hotel he watched me through the window. It made me feel awful. I don't like making assumptions, but I was almost certain he was a drug addict, and he looked very unclean. After the first night, I found another hotel because I didn't want to stay. I'd already paid, so I lost that money, but I felt safer sleeping on the street than in this shady, ghetto-like hotel. If you're visiting Turin and want a good price, don't pick this place. A hostel for half the cost would be much more comfortable.

This was a terrible experience. It felt more like a room rental than a hotel, and the shared bathroom and room were unsanitary. There were nauseating smells from the bathroom, along with poor room cleanliness. I asked for a refund on the first day, but they promptly refused. Absolutely avoid it.
We slept well even though the place is on a main road, thanks to the triple-glazed windows. It was also easy to get to the attractions, and there's an elevator. We stayed three nights and were happy with the large, clean room and bathroom. A few things needed fixing, but it was still perfectly acceptable. There's no breakfast, though there are plenty of different bars downstairs. I'd definitely come back.
Can a place get less than one star? And should someone call the financial police? The room cost €160, yet it was run-down and freezing. The windows didn't close properly, the radiators barely heated, and there were no extra blankets even though it was 0 degrees outside. My partner and I spent the worst night of our lives shivering. I even put clothes on over my pajamas trying to get warm. I can't understand how places like this are allowed to operate as hotels or B&Bs. They shouldn't have a permit. This needs a real complaint. I only found out on arrival that the bathroom was shared. The room photos showed a shower, but the shower and sink were in the room itself, right by the bed.
We thought the room price would save us money, but it didn't make up for the experience. It was dusty everywhere, the furniture was filthy, and the room had hardly any equipment. There wasn't a bathroom in the room either, so we had to share one with the whole building. The street outside was extremely noisy at all hours. Because of the heat we had to keep the window open, and the owner didn't reply when we asked for a fan. The room's cleanliness was questionable from the start.
