I’d be very careful before paying anything here. On June 25th I paid €300 in cash to reserve a studio, after being repeatedly pressed for a deposit. I wasn’t given a receipt at the time, and only got one the next day after I complained. I cancelled on the 26th once I learned the apartment was on the ground floor with no balcony. My very elderly mother has a heart condition and other medical problems, and I couldn’t leave her in a courtyard-facing place with no outside escape route, especially at what I felt was a wildly unfair price for the poor value. The owners never came in person. I politely explained that I couldn’t have my mother stuck in an oven-like apartment with no balcony, but was told in writing that the deposit couldn’t be refunded. I took legal action because I was disgusted by how this was handled. In my view, these people are making money through vile tricks, and anyone who feels they’ve been a victim should report what they believe are ill-gotten gains. A judge will decide the matter. Check the building and the terms carefully when someone asks you for money. These people are very cunning.

I spent a few months here and would recommend the residence to anyone staying in Turin. The location is handy for shops and public transport, and Juventus Stadium is a five-minute walk away. My studio was bright and roomy, with a large balcony, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and all the comforts I needed. The shared areas were kept very clean and tidy. The owners were lovely, friendly, and helpful, and Nadia looked after the daily cleaning and linen changes. Best regards, L.C.

There are plenty of restaurants and fast food places within walking distance if you don’t feel like cooking, including one right outside. The residence is quiet, convenient for public transport, and has easy free parking. The place is very clean and well equipped, with every comfort, and Mrs. Nadia is always kind and happy to answer questions. The owners pay attention to what you need. I lived here for a while, so I can say it’s a truly excellent residence. Definitely recommended for tourism, work, or whatever brings you here.

I spent two months at the residence and felt at home there. The neighborhood is peaceful, has what you need nearby, and parking is free. The owners and the woman who runs the place were both kind and always ready to help. I can only say it was a wonderful stay. Thank you so much for everything, I highly recommend it!
