AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I only stayed because it was Eurovision week and I had no other option in Turin. The rooms smelled damp, with black patches on the walls and no ventilation. There were cockroaches and ants everywhere. The beds seemed over 30 years old, and one actually broke. The kitchen supplies were incredibly limited, just two knives and two small spoons, for example, and the bidet wasn’t fixed to the floor. The worst part was how they tried to cheat us. I booked in May 2021. In February I called Edreams/Expedia to check whether the booking was confirmed, and it was. I also phoned the property, and Maddalena, who seemed very honest, confirmed it and said, "Ti aspettiamo il 10 maggio." When we arrived, a man told me the booking had been cancelled. Luckily, I had clear proof that this wasn’t true. I showed him on my phone the date and time I’d spoken to Maddalena, along with the confirmation email, booking date, and price, so they couldn’t charge us extra. My evidence was so clear they had to accept the reservation. Luckily they had availability, as you’d expect.

Friendly staff, and the place was simple, clean, and peaceful. Good value for the price.

Very inexpensive and comfortable enough. Just remember to bring your own soap 😂

The bed was especially comfortable, and the apartment had the essentials, with amenities close by. When our train was cancelled because of a strike, the owner did everything she could to let us stay in the same apartment we were already using. We really appreciated not having to carry our backpacks around all day. She was so kind and helpful. We’ll definitely be back! Valentina and Giulio
