Matteo was thoughtful and easy to reach, and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a fabulous stay in Torino, and we’ll come back. The apartment was a pleasure to spend time in: spacious, exceptionally clean, and full of modern amenities while still feeling authentically old-world. It’s such an ideal base for exploring the historic district, just steps from everything we wanted to see or needed. It felt like getting a little taste of Italian life. Highly recommend! Grazie 👌😁

The area was lovely, peaceful, and right in the center, so we could see the city on foot and reach everything easily. Getting into the apartment with a code was straightforward, and the owner, who managed the rental, was very pleasant and easy to reach. The bathroom was huge, but the tub plug wouldn't stay closed and the shower had no enclosure, so water ended up all over the floor each time. We also could have used shampoo, dish soap, extra toilet paper, and at least a couple of coffee pods, along with the towels and small shower gel sachet. For a two-night stay, having to shop for basics felt absurd to me, and that hadn't happened in other apartments. We had been told what would be provided, though, so it wasn't a surprise.
