The room was tiny, though it worked for a short stay, and the secure entrance helped me feel comfortable. The staff, though, were extremely rude. I couldn’t get hold of the hotel before my visit. At first I was told check-in was available until 8 pm and that arriving after 11 pm would cost 30 euros. I asked whether my planned arrival around 10:30 pm came with a fee, but got almost no response until the last minute. Then they said I could check in free until 10:20 pm because it was a public holiday. My arrival and departure dates had been set a month ahead, so this information shouldn’t have come so late. If I hadn’t been able to change my plans at the last minute, they would have demanded money from me.

The rooms were clean and spacious enough, and the people hosting us were wonderful. The bar was a special experience, though. I’ve never met people so kind and caring. One night we couldn’t find a taxi, so they drove us where we needed to go. If I come back to Torino, I want to stay here again. 🙏

The room and bathroom were a good size, and the bathroom is new and nice. The location is very nice, and some rooms have balconies with lovely views. The air conditioner didn’t work, and the beds weren’t very comfortable. They don’t have double beds, just two singles pushed together.

I loved room 5. Everything was clean and good. Best owner, best hotel. Thanks for everything, I hope I can come back again :”)
