Mole27 - ResArt

The manager was friendly and helpful, and the apartment has what you need. Getting to the city center is easy, about a 10-15 minute walk. There were a few problems inside: the box-spring bed was uncomfortable, toilet paper was limited, and the shower door had come off its track. We also found 2-3 cockroaches in the bathroom.

We waited nearly an hour and no one answered the door or responded. The owner said they had been there, but we arrived at the agreed time and couldn't find anyone, so we had to arrange somewhere else to stay. We booked through Booking.com and were still charged €200, with no refund, even though we never used the room. This was a terrible, unprofessional experience. You risk being left without a place to stay and out of pocket.

The location is excellent, just beyond the restricted traffic zone. We walked about 10 minutes to the Egyptian Museum in the city center. The apartment was clean and fully equipped, though the sofa bed wasn't comfortable. We stayed for one night. There isn't any parking, and street parking is €1.70 an hour or €11.50 for the day.

We've always found the apartments clean, and the manager is available whenever we've needed help. They're right in the center of Turin, equipped with everything you need, and very reasonably priced. This has become our favorite place since we first found it. Whenever we're back in Turin, we try to stay here. Highly recommended.
