The location is quite far from the city centre, and the rooms could’ve been cleaner, especially the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and seemed fairly clean, and I got fresh towels and bed linen. Breakfast was very basic but looked fresh. Given the price, it wasn’t too bad.

I was unsure at first as a solo female student staying in a four-bed female-only room, but I had a positive experience and would give it five stars. The atmosphere was nice, the bathrooms were clean and breakfast was free each morning and good. The location in Torino felt very safe, though it’s more than half an hour from the city centre by bus. As a foreigner, I found the place a little difficult to locate.

The shared spaces felt pretty depressing, and I didn't feel comfortable with the location either. It's about 40 minutes from the city center, and the area seemed unsafe. If you're a woman traveling alone, I wouldn't recommend staying here. It seems odd to put a hostel so far out when lots of people travel solo, including women.

I booked a four-person shared dorm through a major travel platform, but was put in a small room for two that already had a long-term resident in it. The next morning, staff confirmed that the resident had serious mental health issues. During the night, they talked to themselves and moved around, which left me anxious and feeling unsafe. I couldn't sleep, and I was too scared to leave the room or call anyone for help. When I raised this in the morning, the receptionist said they knew about the situation and had placed me there because the hostel was overbooked. They made that choice without telling me or getting my consent. That was unacceptable, and the experience felt potentially dangerous, not just uncomfortable. The hostel didn't provide a safe, transparent environment and showed no accountability afterward. I'm pursuing the matter through European consumer protection channels.
