The rooms were clean, the hotel was nice, and the air conditioning worked well. The price was good for Turin, where staying in the center can be expensive. Still, the location isn't convenient for visiting the center unless you have a car or are willing to pay for taxis. I was also unhappy with how the parking advice changed. At first, the woman at reception said parking on the street was fine and safe. Later, when I said I'd found a space in front of the hotel, she contradicted what she'd said earlier and told me it wasn't safe, so I should pay the hotel 9 euros to park inside. That is very cheap for overnight parking in Europe, and the indoor parking was safe and easy. But I didn't like feeling that I'd been lied to.

We were disappointed with the suite. For a 4-star hotel, we expected some basics that weren't there: no kettle, tea or coffee set, complimentary water, or slippers. Even a toothbrush and toothpaste weren't provided. The paid parking was another letdown, as we were told on arrival that the lot was full and we couldn't leave our car there. The hotel also looked much older in person than it did in the photos, which made it feel far from modern or renovated. Comfort and service were below what we expected, especially for the price of a suite. We weren't satisfied and wouldn't recommend it.

Breakfast was very nice, with a good selection, and the room was clean. The hotel's style is a little dated, though, and having to pay an extra €5 for the in-room tea and coffee setup seemed odd. It's about a 25-minute walk to the busier part of the city, which is manageable. The last few streets back to the hotel at night might feel less comfortable if you're alone, since the area isn't as nice as the center. We still enjoyed our stay, thanks!

The team had my room ready earlier than expected, which made getting there much easier. I was only there for one night, but had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was great, and the staff there were really attentive. Thanks for making me comfortable. I'd happily come back.
