The owner was warm and helpful, and the price and location were both great. My room even came with sweets, fruit, coffee, and water. The drawback was the street noise: it’s on one of the city’s liveliest roads, and the old, thin windows let a lot of it in. Still, I thought it was worth it.

There was a lovely view from my window, and the location worked well for me. I walked over from Porta Nuova station. The owner clearly puts a lot of care into the place, and the room was spotless and comfortable even in the hot weather, never stuffy. I had a single room with what I needed for a short stay: a comfortable bed, drawers, bedside table, regular and serving tables, fridge, kettle, and moka pot. There were lamps and mirrors by the tables and nightstand, plus a huge mirror in the hall. The en suite bathroom was very clean and had a bidet, shower gels, shampoo, wet wipes, a hairdryer, and even bathroom scales. There were also drinks like water, juice, tea, and milk, along with toast, cookies, rolls, jam, and fruit. Reviews from earlier guests helped me choose this place, and I’m glad I did.

The place was spotless and carefully looked after, and the host was so kind and welcoming. Its central, well-connected location made it easy to get to the loveliest sights. I’d happily stay again and recommend it.

The owner was friendly, and the whole place was clean and well cared for. It’s a small, privately run guesthouse right in the centre, with an elevator. The cozy rooms have a little balcony, TV, and Wi-Fi, though the bathroom is across the hall. Breakfast is self-service in the room, with coffee, milk, and pastries. One downside, the mattress was extremely hard.
