Residence Porta Palace - Welkome Apartments

We thought it was well worth the price, and the whole place had a great vibe. The room was cute and chic, with enough windows to let in plenty of natural light. The weather in Turin was bad while we were there, but we enjoyed having to spend extra time in the room. 😎 It was useful to have a reception room where we could leave most of our luggage after check-out. There were washing and drying machines available too, although we couldn't work out how to use them. Hopefully we can figure that out next time. We'd love to come back!

The location is a plus, right in the heart of Turin. We got clear check-in and check-out instructions by message before arriving. There was no parking, and the nearest garage didn't have a fixed price. The old furniture could use some attention: the safe was dusty and dirty, and it didn't work. The apartment was very dark in the daytime, while at night the curtains didn't fully block out the light.

The staff were brilliant. Our flight was delayed and the desk was due to close before we arrived, but they sent detailed photo instructions on WhatsApp for getting into the apartment, so we had no trouble. They also helped with suggestions for places to eat and visit. The apartment is a cute, cosy vintage place, clean, with a little outdoor area where we could sit. It's right in the old town, close to shops, bars and restaurants. The sights are walkable if you enjoy a stroll, or a quick taxi ride away. We're a younger couple, and it was ideal for our Turin visit.

Roberto & C, thank you. The prices were very fair, and the hospitality was hard to find elsewhere. The apartments are lovely, stylishly and originally furnished, with all the comforts, right in the historic center. It's the kind of place you remember.
