The concierge, Silvia, made a huge difference to my stay. She arranged excellent private trips with knowledgeable guides to the Barolo and Barbaresco wine regions and the Royal Palace of Turin, recommended places to eat, and booked tables for me. After I left Turin for Milan, I had trouble booking a tour of the Duomo di Milano. I emailed her on a whim, and within hours she'd arranged a guide, even though I was no longer a guest. I stayed three nights and was upgraded to a junior suite, which was a comfortable, just-right size. The lobby, bar, restaurant, and room were all spotless, elegant, and first-class. The location is ideal, just steps from Piazza San Carlo and a short walk to the Royal Palace, shopping districts, and more. Five stars don't do this hotel justice. If you're visiting Torino, Principi di Piemonte is an easy, wise choice.

The spa was great, and the concierge was very helpful. Staff were kind and accommodating. I forgot my jewelry in the bathroom, and it wasn't stolen. The suite had a wonderful mountain view.

The hotel is very nice, well located, with a clean and pleasant room and friendly staff. We chose it for the spa, but couldn't use it even though we'd paid for it. Management allowed children to use the spa all day, which we found unhygienic, while adults could have it to themselves only after 5pm. Adults usually spend the evening at a nice restaurant, so this arrangement made little sense to us. We were very disappointed and won't return. Letting children pee in hot water isn't acceptable to us. A spa is usually for adults, and for good reason.

Flavio and the rest of the bar team did a great job when our group of 19 guests came to the hotel for a relaxed, bespoke introduction to vermouth and Turin cafe culture. They were genuinely friendly and welcoming while staying professional throughout. The experience was exactly what we wanted, relaxed, engaging, and tailored to our group. I'd highly recommend it for any group that would enjoy this sort of thing.

Tatiana at the front desk was professional and really friendly, and the rest of the staff were so helpful too. The room had lots of space, and the location was incredibly convenient. I loved staying here and will be back.
