The building and room were clean, and the location is close to the center. Those were the only good points for me. There was no WiFi or breakfast, and no other offers. Getting the room cleaned and fresh towels costs 15 Euros. If you leave the main gate key behind, you're stuck, because nobody answers the number provided for opening the door. I stayed because other hotels were full, but I don't recommend this place. I'd suggest booking a hotel early for a trip to Turin. The NH hotels would please you much more.

Our trip was meant to include the Juventus Turin against SC Freiburg football match. When the tickets were cancelled at the last moment, we had to cancel our flights and hotel booking too. Rapanus Suites still insisted we pay for the room, which was a big disappointment. The whole situation was already frustrating, and we'd hoped for a little understanding and humanity :( I can't recommend this place.

Alex was a great host, always available to answer our questions. The suite's smart access was handy, and the room is in a perfect place for visiting Turin.

Everything is within walking distance from this really nice, well-located place in Torino, and all the spots are incredible. Alex, the manager, deserves a special thank you. He was awesome, dedicated, answered all our questions, and supported us with everything. Thanks so much!

The room and location were great, and there was free coffee and water. But the air conditioner was badly positioned, which made the night pretty uncomfortable, and we felt it cost too much for what we got.
