Re Vittorio

Alberto was so helpful, and the service was great. We got a different croissant each morning, and the room was clean and had a friendly, communal feel. It's on the first floor, with an elevator. The shower leaks out through the door and needs to be fixed.

Breakfast was the best part, with homemade desserts, and Mr. Alberto was so kind and clearly passionate about his work. We only spent one night here, but would book it again next time we're in Turin. It's easy to explore the whole city center on foot from this excellent location. The room was clean and had all the little comforts we could need, even a hair mask and a mini shaving kit.

The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view over the courtyard, and breakfast was superb around a shared table. The owner and the gentleman serving breakfast were both so welcoming, and had plenty of tips and recommendations for us. It's easy to explore the city on foot, and the metro and tram are close by. We'll make this our first choice when we return to Turin.

The host was remarkably kind and welcoming when we arrived, and the B&B is reasonably close to the city center and fairly well kept. But we slept terribly. Two rooms face a very noisy avenue with harsh fluorescent lighting and streetlights, and the curtain doesn't block it out. Opening the window even partway is out of the question, yet with it shut we still heard cars and street cleaning vehicles in the middle of the night. The room was extremely hot even with the radiators turned to 0. The bed was so short our feet hung over, though we're only 1.63 m tall, and the pillows were very hard. Breakfast was good quality, served in a small room with just one table for guests. Far too expensive.
