The staff were really kind, and parking was easy. We also got free coffee and cake in the morning. Our room was clean and smelled fresh; although the room and bathroom felt a little dated, everything was in good condition. We enjoyed staying here. The only reason I took off a star is that the hotel is a bit outside the city center.

The mini kitchen had everything we needed, and the room was spotless. The reception team were helpful and friendly, even offering free espresso, and communication was great. The hotel itself is stylish and clean, with a lovely foyer, funky decor, and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Its location is handy for exploring Turin, just a couple of minutes on foot from Porta Susa and the Milan Malpensa airport bus. The center is around a 15-20 minute walk away. Early or late check-in and check-out options were a godsend. Grazie Mille, I'd highly recommend it.

We didn't need the car once we arrived, since everything was walkable or easy to reach by public transit. There's also parking and laundry on site. Our room was very clean and the staff were great. We'd recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely recommend the hotel. Mr. Gabriel at reception was so kind and gave us an excellent room. The place was clean and stylish, and I'd love to come back.

The location was convenient, in a quiet neighborhood near Torino Porta Susa station, with several restaurants and supermarkets close by. After a couple of weeks in Airbnb apartments, Star residence felt like a real bit of luxury. Our room was spacious and very clean, and the kitchenette was well equipped and worked well for cooking meals despite its size. We recommend Star Residence!
