Saluzzo House by Wonderful Italy

I left Saluzzo House by Wonderful Italy after just one night of the four I had booked. The whole experience was unacceptable, and if zero stars were an option, I’d give it zero. The sanitary conditions were awful: cobwebs everywhere, including over the spot meant for the third guest, dusty closets we couldn’t use, a neglected bathroom with cleaning gear on the floor and a dirty dustpan beside the toilet paper, plus a greasy, smelly kitchen with visibly dirty cabinets. There were exposed nails and metal spikes on the windowsills too, which felt dangerous. The third bed was already known to be broken when we checked in. The property manager said it would be fixed before our other guests arrived that evening, but nobody came. After an international trip, one guest had to find somewhere else to sleep in the middle of the night. I tried repeatedly to get help through chat, calls to the emergency number, and emails via Booking.com. No one replied or did anything. After weeks of silence, they offered a €200 refund after I’d paid over €470, but a month later it still hadn’t reached my card. Since then there’s been no response or update. A run-down, dirty place with absent, unreliable management. The stay was a nightmare. Don’t book here.
