Hotel Sharing

We checked in late, and the guy at the hotel was really kind and helpful. Our clean room had its own kitchen and a cleaning service, plus three towels in different sizes, shampoo, and bath gel. No toothpaste, so we were glad we'd brought some. The AC could heat the room. Breakfast was really nice and all-you-can-eat if you'd paid for it as part of the price. There was orange, pineapple, and apple juice, along with coffee, tea, water, milk, croissants, panettone, ham, cheese slices, fruit, and cereal. I recommend it to everyone!

For my one-night stay, the room was clean and had what I needed, and my experience was generally okay despite some reviews I'd read. The hotel breakfast was good, but with our large group there wasn't enough food for everyone to eat properly. It wasn't close to central Torino, and there weren't decent places to eat nearby. Nothing special, but nothing bad either.

The staff weren't professional at all, and noise from the corridors and neighboring rooms was a real problem. The room was dirty, and the bathroom smelled awful. A disaster.

The room felt old and dirty, with dusty window sills and roller shutters that wouldn't open at all. Are we supposed to suffocate? The toilet door wouldn't shut, the refrigerator handle had been torn off, and the TV looked like it was from the 2000s. For three people, there was just one power socket in the whole room. I don't recommend this hotel.
