We had two great nights, with five of us sleeping there comfortably. The beds were good, and the sofa bed in the kitchen opens out when needed. It's simple and practical, with a small balcony and windows, and above all it's really clean. We used the kettle and dishes, and the apartment, bathroom, and all the other areas were meticulously cleaned. There's no elevator, but it's on the second floor and easy to reach for people with mobility issues. The area is quiet, has plenty of shops, and there's a local market on weekdays.

We found Spezia 35 when we needed a small apartment near Molinette for our son's surgery. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, and moved us to a first-floor apartment overlooking the square where a local market is held every day. It's about 200 meters from the hospital, which we could walk to, and there are department stores, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, and pretty much everything else around. Though small, the apartment is cozy and has what you need even for a longer stay. There's parking in the courtyard. An excellent place to stay, and we'll be back, hopefully for a happier reason. Saber was the real highlight for me, so kind and honest. The apartment itself was spotless and very comfortable, just a few steps from Spezia metro station.

Saber was thoughtful and easy to reach, and gave us helpful tips for getting around the city. The apartment was clean and practical, with everything we needed; having three single beds worked perfectly for us. We could also park in a garage for an extra cost. Each morning we enjoyed the café and pastry shop downstairs, where the pastries were delicious and the staff were friendly and smiley.
