The bathroom could've been cleaner when we arrived, which is why I'm giving the stay 4 stars. Apart from that, we were happy and would come back. Porta Nuova is only a short walk away, and the location is excellent. The staff were friendly too, especially the woman at the breakfast buffet. I didn't get her name, but she was very kind and helpful. Thank you :)

Really good location, with nice rooms and excellent staff. Thanks to Alicia for helping me.

I booked through booking.com. They took the deposit straight away, then cancelled the reservation without refunding it. Be careful, this looks like a scam and could cost you both time and money.
10/10
The hotel is a bit outdated, though the rooms were great. Considering where it is, it was surprisingly quiet and we slept very well. Good value for the price 👍

Cleanliness should be the bare minimum. I pulled out a chair and found cookie crumbs on it. Disappointing.
