We spent a weekend in the apartment and were very disappointed by how dirty we found it. The dishes hadn't been cleaned properly, and the bathroom was poor overall, especially the shower and bidet. I won't go into detail. The apartment itself seems fairly new and has good public transport connections. But the area, particularly the upstairs bedroom, was noisy at all hours. It sounded like furniture or something else was being moved, and it kept waking us. There were no toiletries, and three towels per person weren't enough for a four-day stay.
8/10
The owner was very helpful, and the apartment itself has been renovated and is well maintained. The building as a whole still looks unfinished. It's conveniently placed in the city center, so you can get around on foot, but expect noise from the neighborhood at any hour.
10/10
Clean and comfortable, with all the appliances you need. It's centrally located, right next to the station.
8/10
A comfortable home in an excellent location.
