Hotel Turin Palace

The one thing I'd change is the spa schedule. It only opens for a limited stretch in the afternoon, which was awkward when we had a full day planned and couldn't easily come back just for that. Morning or late evening hours would help. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. We got a room upgrade and ended up in a very large, comfortable room with a small balcony. Even with winter temperatures down to minus four at night, it was cozy. Breakfast was tasty, high quality, and had loads of choice, including things that looked suitable for kids. The coffee machine in the room was excellent, and the breakfast coffee was good too. The hotel is right across from the train station, so arriving and leaving was easy. Metro and other public transport were also very convenient, though we walked a lot around the city. The staff were excellent, and I'd highly recommend staying here.

The bar food was really nice, and the young men working there were great. Breakfast was a lovely buffet too. What I especially loved was how warmly the staff welcomed us and kept looking after us. They were always smiling and couldn't do enough for us, like hotels used to be. Thank you!

The staff were the best part, so kind and helpful. The breakfast room is beautiful, and breakfast itself was excellent, with local cheeses and cold cuts and seven kinds of croissants. Our room was spacious, elegant, and extremely clean. The hotel is right by the station and within walking distance of all the sights. A really good choice in Torino.

The hotel and its staff are top class, with quick, friendly service every time. We love the big rooms and excellent breakfast, and keep coming back. The location may not be Turin's very best, but it's still super convenient and close to our favorite restaurant, El Beso. Grazie mille!
