Urban House Carducci - Attic

The location is beautiful, but the apartment was poorly equipped and the kitchen was nearly impossible to use. There were only a few dishes, and they were dirty and damaged. No soup plates, hardly any cutlery, and what was there was old and dirty. There was just a kettle, no coffee maker or moka pot, and not even a pair of scissors. They left no basic food items, not even water, sugar, or salt, and there was no detergent for cleaning. The bed was uncomfortable. The sofa was already broken when we arrived, and despite reporting it, nobody came to repair it, so we couldn’t use it during our stay. There was no bathroom outlet for a hairdryer, which meant using it in the closet. Some electrical outlets didn’t work either. In winter, we asked the owner to raise the radiators a little early in the morning or after dinner so we could shower in warmth. He refused because the remote computer he uses to control the heating showed 19 degrees. In summer, there are only two old fans. For the price, there are much better-equipped options. It wasn’t an experience I’d repeat, and I rate it negatively.

A quiet, clean studio, furnished well and fully equipped. The location is excellent, with metro and bus links and plenty of shops close by. Highly recommended, I’d come back!

Nights were sweltering, and with no air conditioning it got much too hot. We complained on the last day, and they brought us a fan. There was also a lot of traffic noise at night, along with people in the park.

It was clean, with fast internet and a convenient location.
