10/10
Mister Robert is welcoming and very helpful with any situation. The hotel has what you need, with clean rooms, balconies, and very reasonable prices. It's a little outside the city, but next to a big shopping center with everything you might need. Buses and taxis make it easy to get downtown. I can definitely recommend Roberts place, and we'll stay again if we visit Tourin.

A good experience, with a generous breakfast that was delicious too.

8/10
The owner is a decent guy, and the staff were so helpful, patiently answering every question and doing what they could to assist. The service was excellent. Room quality and breakfast were average, though, and the main street right beside the hotel can make nights loud.

4/10
We couldn't get any sleep because the windows let in all the outside noise. It felt like sleeping in a tent beside the road. We left in the middle of the night, though fortunately we got a full refund. Extremely disappointing.

I hated the place. The rooms were tiny, the air conditioning didn't work properly, and breakfast was hideous. I seriously don't recommend it unless you're trying to spend a bad night in Torino.
