We left a day early because the stay was a complete disaster. In winter there was hardly any heat, and the boiler was switched off for most of the day. The only air conditioner was in the kitchen, while the bedrooms were freezing. There were four beds but only two blankets. The chairs were broken, there were no kitchen utensils, and the TV was left on the floor. One room had no electricity, the living room sofa was falling apart, and the bathroom tiles were dirty.

Nice parquet and fashionable tiles don't make someone a good host. The apartment itself is pleasant, but we found the whole experience disappointing. The freezer didn't work, and there was no washing machine, even though the B&B listing didn't mention that. The host handed over the keys with barely a word and then vanished. Despite all the written rules, basic things guests need were missing: no clothes pegs, only a counted supply of plates, glasses, and cutlery, and no tea towels, so we had to dry the dishes and utensils with paper towels. The air conditioning was pretty ineffective too. Most of all, there was no consideration for guests. Our complaints were dealt with only by the person whose name was meant to go on the invoice. Definitely an experience to forget!!!

Despite the appealing photos in the ads, the management was unprofessional, the furniture was worn out, and the kitchen appliances were tired. The air conditioning and refrigerators had apparently been out of order for a long time. The list goes on. Looking at other reviews, it seems our experience wasn't unusual. Avoid this address and management company. Find somewhere with a better location, better management, and decent services.

Two cute little booths for taking nice photos, but the place wasn't very clean and had no amenities, not even toilet paper. The beds and furniture were shabby, and it was terrible value for money. Definitely not recommended.
