Regis Resort

The indoor pool is heated, and there's a good range of other services too. Parking was available, and breakfast was really nice. The rooms were amazing and extremely clean, with staff who were very accommodating. From the beginning to the end, the service felt five star. You can't ask for more, and you won't be disappointed here!

Reception felt much calmer when I returned the next week for another massage with Federica at Regis. The whole visit was peaceful, and I felt I got more value this time. The massage was excellent, just as I expected. My first visit had been a different story at reception. They were disorganized and didn't pass my needs on to the staff. For the price, I think they could be more professional. Federica herself is a very good masseuse, though, so I decided to give them another chance.

The room faced the wrong way for me, with a view of the hotel's trash system. Wellness, spa, and pool access all cost extra, even though they were marketed everywhere. I'd choose somewhere else to stay. This definitely isn't a four star hotel.

The wellness area has a really nice setting, and the food is better than the hosting. The building is well maintained, though it could be managed better. The sauna and water are usually kept warm and lukewarm rather than hot.
