The countryside and the view were stunning, and the property itself has a lot going for it. But getting there was confusing at first, and the driveway was rough, with deep ditches and large rocks that made me nervous in a small rental car. We eventually reached the owner and got instructions to let ourselves in. The room was a letdown after that. It felt worn, gloomy, hot and dingy. The floor looked like it had been swept quickly but not mopped, with dust and dirt along the walls, windows and beds. There was hair in the sink, and the one window screen kept falling out. We had booked months earlier, then grew concerned after reading Google reviews, but decided to go anyway. We had hoped to rest after an overnight flight and a long journey. Instead, we left in a hurry so we could get at least half our money back. It's a shame, because the place has so much potential. I can imagine the owners are too busy to keep it up properly, but that made for a very disappointing stay.

The scenery looks almost like a painting, and the whole farm feels wonderfully connected to nature while still offering the comforts we're used to. Lorenzo, Mark, and Ginger put a lot of work into making guests feel that way. Food is picked each day and Chef Mark prepares it with such care that you can taste it in every bite. For me, this is the place to come for a real Italian holiday. The most beautiful organic, sustainable farm and B&B in the world. I'll be back!

The owners were kind, the food was delicious, and the view was beautiful. It's very close to Tuscania, and staying here made for a great experience.

I came looking for the Etruscan necropolis of Sasso Pinzuto. I didn't meet anyone, though I did see plenty of animals behind large electric fences. Some seemed wild, but they didn't look like they were trying to get out.

The setting is beautiful, but the place isn't being maintained, and my wife and I left in a hurry. The apartment had plants growing out of control, the room was dirty and the mosquito net was falling apart. We lost €50, and I wouldn't recommend staying here until the owner sorts things out. Getting there was a problem too. The road was full of potholes and felt impassable. I scraped my Fiat 500 several times, and nobody warned me about it. When we arrived, the gate was shut and there were no signs. After a while I managed to contact the owner and we got in. I understand the owner has a farm to run, but using old photos on Google and Airbnb to bring in visitors is unfair. Not giving people information about what they'll find before they arrive feels like a scam.
