It was quiet, and the beds were just right. The room was roomy and nicely furnished, and the hotel itself is pleasant, with helpful, kind staff. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, too. It’s only a few hundred meters from the city center, and the price for what you get is excellent.

The location worked well for me, within walking distance of both the railway station and the beautiful old centre. The hotel feels almost like a palace when you walk in, and I was greeted warmly. My room was clean and comfortable. I had dinner there, which was okay, with a waiter who liked to chat. Breakfast was a good buffet.

Getting to the old city center on foot was easy. My room was on the small side, but comfortable and well appointed. I skipped breakfast, and the front desk service was fine.

Some of the staff were lovely, though others weren’t as welcoming. The rooms felt seriously dated, and the breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired. We also felt a bit like we were staying somewhere in the Middle East. If your room faces the main road, street noise can be a problem.

The hotel restaurant served a very good dinner, and breakfast was outstanding, with beautiful views. There’s also good provision for bicycles, which I really appreciated. Our room was spacious and well equipped, and the hotel is close to the city center. Fantastic value for money. Highly recommended!
