A spotless, high-end hotel with great value for the accommodations. I can be demanding because I need ice, which isn't commonly available in Italy, but the staff always came through, even when they were busy. They're super. No complaints.

The Christmas decorations throughout the hotel looked beautiful, and the welcoming staff really did their best to help. I also tried a pizza at the hotel's restaurant and thought it was delicious. Very nice hotel, good breakfast, and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

We left disappointed and wouldn't recommend staying here. The rooms were tiny, and the bathroom was so cramped it was hard to use comfortably. Smells from the restaurant downstairs reached our room, which made things unpleasant. The furniture was worn overall, even though a few pieces were interesting. When we arrived, there were police at reception. We later heard that thieves had broken into a guest's car parked outside the hotel, which didn't make us feel reassured.

The rooms were clean, but not especially good. The furniture didn't match, the shower was so small you could hardly turn without hurting yourself, and I found the hotel's decor questionable. Breakfast needs work too. The choices were all sweet and wrapped in plastic.

The rooms looked fine and were clean, though quite dim. A night-shift waiter tried to cheat us out of 80 euros. In the morning, though, the Serbian woman who served us was very kind and helpful. Decent place for a night or two.
