The room was really cozy, and everyone working there was so friendly. I love this hotel. Breakfast in the morning was very good, and in the evening you could have a special dinner cooked by an Italian chef. Later, there were cocktails or coffee at the beautiful bar with nice modern music. There's also a spa center, a sauna, and a separate large pool. I really love it here.

The room was spacious and clean, and the indoor pool was nice and well maintained. The hotel is near the highway, with supermarkets, a shopping mall, and a few restaurants nearby.

This is our home away from home when we come to Udine. The location is great, and the staff are wonderful. Special thanks to Aurora in the restaurant. Our room was clean and spacious, parking was free, and the breakfast buffet had an exceptional number of choices.

The bar and outdoor drinks area were lovely, and the bar food was reasonable, the cocktails good, and breakfast had a good selection. The front desk was very helpful. The rooms themselves were basic and along a dark corridor, though they had what we needed. The hotel feels dated. I suspect it gets four stars because of the pool, but to me it's more like a three-star place. The pool was nice, but we had to move the beds outside. The restaurant was closed for most of August, which was a shame for us. It's in an industrial area, so there aren't other restaurants to choose from. A mixed bag!

The excellent restaurant was unfortunately closed during my visit. The hotel is very clean, serves a great breakfast, and has a small spa where you can unwind. The location isn't the best, but attentive, professional service from the staff makes this probably the best hotel in town. A special thanks to Serena at reception for the hospitality!
