Palmiro and Anna Maria were the real heart of this B&B. Their warmth, friendliness, and helpfulness showed in everything, from the thoughtful furnishings to keeping the place in such good order. Their advice on beaches and restaurants was especially useful since we didn’t know Salento. Breakfast was another highlight, with Palmiro’s extraordinary cappuccino and Anna Maria’s exceptional pasticciotti. We stayed a week in the Partenope apartment, and the apartment was spacious and practical, with very comfortable beds and all the amenities. The two terraces were lovely, and one has a sea view. It was just as good as the detailed photos on the Poggio delle Sirene website. Cleaning was impeccable each morning, towels were changed daily, and they always smelled lovely and felt softer than any I’ve had at a property. There’s parking for the car and free bikes, and it’s close to the seafront, the Monday market, and everyday spots like a market, bakery, restaurants, and ice cream parlors. Thank you for taking such good care of us. If you’re going to Salento, I’d say stay here.
