Dimora Il Girasole

My stay at your B&B was disappointing because the room and bathroom were almost impossible to use due to their small size. When we arrived, the staff explained the room dimensions and the lack of a bidet, even though we'd spoken by phone beforehand. I'd suggest being more transparent in the photos about the size and facilities.

The room was tiny, the shower too narrow to wash in, and there was a very unpleasant smell. On the plus side, the property is only a few minutes' walk from the seafront and Torre San Giovanni's nightlife. You can walk to the sea, or drive five minutes to reach the beach clubs.

Paolo, the owner, was incredibly helpful and made sure we had the best stay he could, despite a few hiccups. The property is a five-minute walk from Torre San Giovanni beach, with its wonderful shoreline and clear blue water. Its position halfway between Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca is excellent. I hope to come back next year too! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
