Hotel Baia del Cigno

The hotel's best feature is its location, close to the sea and handy for the town center, so getting around on foot was easy. I stayed 11 days, and found the experience satisfactory, though there are things they could improve. The staff didn't seem especially welcoming or friendly, unlike what other reviews had described. Maybe we weren't particularly friendly either! We found sand on our room floor every day, so cleanliness could be better. Breakfast was repetitive, but still about what you'd expect for the hotel's category. The evening security guard was very kind and always smiling.

The staff were patient and helpful, and they welcomed our small dog too. The room had everything we needed, including a little fridge. It's a 10-minute walk to the beautiful beach, with shops close by and the seafront nearby for a stroll. We'll come back!

The location is very handy, just steps from the sea and supermarkets, and close to the promenade. The hotel is lovely, with beautiful, exceptionally clean rooms and a generous breakfast. The receptionist was fantastic, kind, and ready to help with everything. The night security guard was always smiling and so sweet and kind. A welcoming place, highly recommended!

The rooms were clean, and fresh towels arrived every day. Breakfast was excellent, with gluten-free food available on request. As we left this morning, I especially wanted to praise Cristina, Eleonora, Paolo and Tommaso for how exceptionally kind they are. I’ll definitely come back ☺️
