The sea is an easy 3-4 minute walk away, and the waste disposal area can be used whenever needed. Those were the bright spots in an otherwise decent stay, though maintenance and kitchen equipment could use attention. We reported the stairway gate several times because it wouldn't shut and was left open by the nearly constant wind. We were told maintenance would come, but nobody showed up during our 13 days there. Even a temporary fix would have prevented the nuisance. The apartment itself was pleasant, if somewhat dated and dark inside. The kitchen, though, was poorly equipped for a stay of several days: useful utensils were missing, the frying pan warped just from being washed, and we had only two glasses, two large pots, and a small saucepan.

We were there August 18th-24th. The beach service nearby was excellent, and its staff kept trying to find ways to meet guests' needs. The property is also very well located for both the sea and local services, and reception is always ready to help. Recommended.

Federica, the property manager, was courteous, but the place still needs a lot of work to reach an acceptable standard. Maintenance in the apartments is lacking, and the paid cleaning service was disappointing. The extra services you pay for have limited use, too. The apartment supplies were absurdly sparse: for three people there were three forks, three plates, three glasses, and so on, all different from each other. The pots and pans were in terrible shape. It felt like the usual carelessness you find in low-demand properties.

The place felt neglected and poorly cared for, and the value for money was disgraceful. It's an experience I wouldn't repeat, and I'd tell people to stay away. The rooms were so tiny and uncomfortable that I felt trapped. Bathrooms were old and encrusted, and balconies right next to each other meant no privacy, with strangers practically beside you. Safety standards seemed nonexistent. The food was disgusting, with mismatched cutlery and damaged pots and pans, while staff were cold, rude, and unprofessional.
