Relais da Fabio

We booked two nights at Relais Da Fabio and ended up staying five. The staff were friendly, the pool was wonderful, and everything had clearly been renovated recently. Our classic room with a patio was more than spacious enough for us as a couple, even with two big backpacks. There was room to unpack and move around easily. The bed was very comfortable, and the quiet air conditioning wasn’t pointed at it, so we could leave it on low overnight. Blinds made the room fully dark, while a privacy curtain let in light without letting people outside see in. The room had everything we expected, including bedside outlets, a minibar, a desk and chair, and a closet. The bathroom was lovely and very clean, with soft towels and a large walk-in shower that was a pleasure to use. Its sliding door separates it from the sleeping area when you want privacy. We spent a lot of time by the well-kept pool. It was cleaned daily and big enough for a good swim, and there were sunbeds and an outdoor shower beside it. The B&B is in a quiet town about an eight-minute drive from Otranto. It’s well placed for day trips to the beaches, a quick shower back at the room, then dinner in Otranto. Breakfast was a buffet of local specialties, with a slightly different selection each day, and we ate outside in the shade. Emanuela was the star of breakfast, preparing everything with a big smile. Starting the day with her enthusiasm was a joy. The whole team was professional and friendly. When we had a small issue, we messaged on WhatsApp and Simona acted straight away. They really care about making sure you have a great stay. We’d happily return if we’re in the area again. Highly recommended!

The breakfast buffet was delicious and made me feel at home. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches and care that made our stay feel special. Relais Da Fabio was spotless and comfortable, just as described, and the host was welcoming and quick to respond, so check-in and communication were easy. Its location was quiet and convenient, about a 10-minute drive from Otranto. We had a fantastic stay and would gladly come back. Highly recommended for a relaxing visit.

The staff are attentive and so friendly, they made us feel at home. Breakfast was delicious, with homemade cakes that changed every day and enough variety for everyone. The coffee was very good too. This charming little lodge is close to Otranto but just outside the city, so it’s wonderfully peaceful. Our room was superb, very clean, with good storage, a fridge, and a private terrace.

One thing that meant a lot to us was how helpful everyone was when a flight delay made our arrival complicated. The support felt sincere, and those kinds of gestures are getting rare. From the moment we arrived until we left, Mrs. Emanuela and Simona looked after us with discretion and courtesy, while Mr. Fabio has clearly put care into every detail. The place is welcoming, fresh, and spotless, with a cozy shared space and a delightful pool. It felt like being welcomed into a family home, not just being a guest. This little oasis stays in your heart. We’ll definitely return. Thank you for everything.
