B&B Beatrice

Breakfast was incredible, from fresh-squeezed orange juice and fruit salad arranged like a painting to homemade yogurt and cake. Ilaria is the nicest host I've ever met. We took all three rooms at B&B Beatrice from December 30th to January 1st, and it felt like staying at home. The old building has been recently refurbished in the area's typical style, with tasteful furniture and a great bed. For me, it's the best place to stay in Ogliastria. Definitely recommended!

Our room had a little terrace with a table and chairs, looking out at the town's distinctive limestone "tacchi" and the fresh, invigorating mountain air. The room itself was spacious, with lovely stone carvings, wooden floors, reed ceilings, and comfortable, quiet, well-insulated interiors. B&B Beatrice is near Piazza Barigadu, where you can see Maria Lai's Game of the Goose. It's an old stone house renovated with great attention to detail. At check-in, our host offered a small refreshment, including Sardinian sweets. The "pesche" were extraordinary! Breakfast was excellent and varied, with international dishes as well as traditional Sardinian sweets. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.

The room was quiet, spotless, and nicely furnished, and guests can use a shared space with a microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, and kettle. Ilaria is delightful and very helpful. Breakfast was rich, varied, and excellent. The B&B is beautifully thought out, both in its looks and comfort. It's well placed for exploring the town and nearby area, and close to Maria Lai's public artworks. I'll find an excuse to come back! 😊

Ilaria was a wonderful guide as well as a warm host. She shared historical and cultural details about what to visit, and helped me understand the precious gift artist Maria Lai left to Ulassai. Without her advice, I certainly would have missed it. The stone house in the historic center has been turned into a wonderful B&B, with carefully chosen materials and colors. Ilaria served a delicious, generous breakfast with an artistic presentation that showed the care she puts into every detail. The whole place was spotless. B&B Beatrice is highly recommended!
