Camere Sotto le Stelle

Lamberto made our five-night stay especially enjoyable. He’s attentive, helpful, and very sociable, always up for a chat. Our apartment had everything we needed, including books, a TV with a big mix of DVDs, and pay TV. The WiFi was slow once or twice, though rarely, and it was still manageable. There’s no parking at the property, but we found a space just a few meters away without trouble. The place is comfortable, clean, and a great spot for exploring or spending an evening in town, where you can find all the usual amenities. I’d recommend staying here and enjoying Lamberto’s “here under the stars” experience.

I’ve stayed here twice and had a great experience each time. The rooms are neat and clean, and there’s convenient parking nearby. Right in the center of Umbertide, it’s an easy base for getting around. Lamberto is very kind and has good suggestions for local restaurants and agriturismi where you can try Umbrian food. Highly recommended.

The people running this B&B were so welcoming and helpful that I felt like part of their family. My girls were treated like granddaughters, too. Everything in the room was in place and working, from towels and shower gel to the remote controlled air conditioning, TV, and hairdryer. It was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Umbertide is a beautiful town, and this is the place I’d suggest staying if you’re there. I couldn’t find a single fault.

We met Lamberto, who owns “sotto le stelle,” while touring Friuli, and he gave us all the information we needed to get around. The property is in an old building and was fabulous. Our room had plenty of comfort, and the cleanliness was exceptional. I highly recommend it.
