We loved the breakfast and the owners’ warm welcome. Staying in an old water mill was a wonderful experience, and the area is lovely, close to the charming town of Urbino.

The food was delicious, made with local vegetables and products, with so much care. Anna and her husband have created a truly special place to stay. A great experience.

Only stayed for two days, but it’s a beautiful place with a long history. The rooms have a rustic feel, the host is welcoming, and breakfast was good.

The hosts were so friendly and told us lots about the mill and its history. The place feels warm, cozy, and quiet, with WiFi too, so it was a bit like stepping back in time. Breakfast was perfect, served among antique kitchen utensils. Great for getting away from the city and its chaos.

Mrs. Anna made breakfast with fresh pastries and homemade jams, and she’s an excellent cook. Mr. Franco was happy to share the secrets of the beautiful property, which has been renovated without being overdone. Our room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. Highly recommended.
