The former housekeepers' family, Deboni, were fantastic. As for the place now, I hate what has been done to it. Fifteen years ago, when I was on leave, the old hotel was a wonderful historic place. From the pictures, it looks like it's been turned into an ugly, disgusting, modern wannabe Barrock hotel in poor taste. It feels like a rich man's badly decorated party, and I'm ashamed of what happened to the old place. I want it back as it was. May you never have visitors and leave forever.
