B&B Mik e Ramo

The hosts were so kind and helpful, and the breakfasts were excellent. We also found the prices very reasonable. The place and the people are both charming. It’s peaceful and private, yet near plenty of restaurants and places to visit. Rooms have a traditional Italian country feel, with lovely antiques Michele found. Thoroughly recommend.

Miki and Ramona made sure I had the kind of breakfast I struggle to find in Italy: homemade fresh cheese from the neighbouring farm, blueberry jam and scrambled eggs. It was just right before a day riding the motorbike. We were travelling on two wheels through the Marches in April, when it can be pretty cold, but that didn’t bother us much. We mainly wanted somewhere welcoming where we could feel at home, and the simple, cosy, clean rooms did the job perfectly.

Ramona and Michelle made us feel at home throughout our 10 days there. They know the area well and were happy to suggest places to see, local food and drinks to try, and nearby activities. The house and its beautiful, peaceful surroundings made for a great escape, with walks, sightseeing, seaside outings and mountaineering all among the options. We can’t wait to return.

The quiet, central location made it easy to explore the sea, cities and mountains, then return to Mik and Ramo’s welcoming home. Nora the dog was there to greet us, too. We spent 4 lovely days discovering Le Marche. Our room was roomy and comfortable, and breakfast, with homemade jam, fresh fruit and delicious croissants, was something we looked forward to each morning. We’ll be back! Thanks, Mio and Ramo!
