The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice, especially sweet things, and the staff were genuinely welcoming. Our room was spacious and the hotel was clean. It’s also very well placed for outings and activities around the area. Local guides will soon be organizing some of them, and the famous Vagli dam is very close by. I’ll definitely come back next year when the dam opens, so I can visit the submerged village.

There’s a good range at breakfast, with coffee and cappuccino made fresh, but I missed having fresh fruit or anything savory. The cakes were packaged, which really isn’t appealing, and I’d have preferred homemade ones. The room is on the small side, but it’s comfortable and has what you need. The location works well, and the staff are very kind and helpful.

We asked why our room hadn’t been cleaned or the bed made during our stay. The staff seemed surprised and asked, “Why do the rooms have to be made?” That’s why I gave the service a low rating. I think cleaning the room and making the bed are normal hotel expectations.

The beds were especially comfortable, which matters a lot when you’re traveling, and the rooms were very clean. The staff were friendly and attentive too. We’ll definitely come back, and I’d recommend the hotel.
