The Airbnb listing gives a misleading impression and never clearly states that the cottage has no kitchen. With the strict cancellation policy on top of that, I’m sure this is deliberate and has elements of fraud. It feels like the business is operating in bad faith.

The owner was very hospitable, and the setting is beautiful. If you want a charming, genuinely Tuscan place to stay just a few train stops from Florence, this is it.

We had an amazing time in the private cottage, set in a charming historic garden with a swimming pool. The owners were lovely and looked after us well. Breakfast was great, whether served in the old tower or out in the garden. Thanks, we’ll be back!

A lovely villa with a pool just outside the city. The atmosphere is ideal for unwinding, and we enjoyed a lovely homemade breakfast on the terrace.
