We were meant to stay here with family and friends in March, after paying over 1000 EUR for the booking back in October. The hotel cancelled the day before we were due to arrive because of a boiler issue. They offered us accommodation in another village, which we declined, and asked for a refund instead. More than a month has passed and we still haven’t received anything. They’ve stopped communicating too, with no replies to emails and nobody answering the phone. I wouldn’t trust this hotel, especially for a direct booking.

Dinner was delicious, with absolutely stunning menus. We also loved the cozy, clean rooms and the welcoming service. They even surprised our dog with a gift! There’s a lovely terrace in front of the river. Totally recommend it.

We had to cancel our trip and contacted the hotel in advance to ask for a refund. Each time we spoke with the staff member called Elena, we got positive replies, right up until it was too late to get our money back. There was no reason to mislead us about the cancellation policy. A voucher would have been nice. The employees were very irresponsible and untrustworthy.

After a day in the mountains, I could really have done with a big steak and side dish, because the dinner portions are small. The rest of the experience was great: the rooms are moderately equipped, the hotel is well located for skiing at Civetta, and the cleaning staff keep everything very hygienic. There’s a lobby where you can grab a beer and watch football. The charismatic receptionist keeps the atmosphere lively and can handle any problem or conversation. Big thumbs up!

We had a great stay. The staff were lovely, helped with everything we needed, and even went beyond that.
